Accommodation is free for two children below 12 years when sharing the room and bed with parents. Extra charges will apply for extra children.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy is as follows:
- cancellations received between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's accommodation
- cancellations received between 8 and 14 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking
- cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking
- no-shows incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking
- no refund shall be given for unused days due to late check-in or early check-out
- in addition to the above charges being levied, Fiji Hotel Link charges a handling fee of 10% of the value of the booking with a minimum charge of FJD20.00 and a maximum of FJD50.00.
Please note that an additional 3.5% administration fee will be charged by Fiji Hotel Link on all credit card transactions.
